In this 1.5hr online session you will power up your impact as you create a plan to:
- Identify the key issue you are working to resolve
- Outline the key actions you will take in 2025
- Document the anticipated outputs (what you will do)
- Document the anticipated outcomes (what you think will happen) and
- Document the anticipated impact (how that will shift the issue)
